For most of us spring is a time to freshen things up! This may mean refreshing our wardrobes, cleaning our homes, or taking on that big organizing project you’ve been putting off for months. For Balance & Evolve, spring is a time to refresh our spirit, mind, and body. Some of the ways I spring clean for health are:

Incorporating more fresh vegetables and fruits in my daily eating plan, which includes drinking fresh juice and smoothies.

Drinking water. My goal is to drink at least half of my body weight in ounces of water daily.

Going for early morning walks outside, while practicing deep breathing and silence. These quiet times allow me to become clear on decisions and goals.

Spring cleaning our kitchen helps to alleviate temptation and allow us to focus on clean eating and leading a healthier lifestyle.

Start from where you are and begin your walk to a healthier lifestyle by incorporating one new healthy activity toward improving your health.
